Kalaimahal Oil manufactures and supplies edible oils (including sunflower oil, palmolein oil, Cooking Oil, groundnut oil) and deepam lamp oil. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any price change or product modification.
When you place an order through our website or directly with our sales team, you are offering to purchase a product at the price stated, subject to these Terms. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in description or price, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Payment terms are as agreed upon during the order process. For bulk orders, advance payment or credit terms may apply based on prior agreement.
We strive to deliver products within the estimated time frames. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Delivery timelines are not guaranteed and we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from delay in delivery.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Due to the nature of our products (edible goods), we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund.
48-hour window: All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
